요즘 코로나(COVID-19) 때문에 전 세계가 떠들썩하네요,, 가끔씩 오는 봄 날씨에 집에만 있으니 다들 답답할 것 같네요

 

이번 곡은 Halsey 에 노래입니다. 작년에 나왔던 nightmare 같은 곡이 아니라 한편으론 다행으로 생각하고 이 노래는 요새 푹 빠져 듣고 있습니다. 연애의 참견을 보면서요,, ㅎㅎㅎ

'something in it' 여기는 위에 언급한 'the hole inside of you'와 연결되는 것 같네요. 채울 수 없는 자극적인 인스턴트들로 마음을 채우려 하는 모습을 보고 이렇게 말하는 듯합니다. 우리나라로 따지면 돈, 술, 자동차가 들어가겠네요,,

감상평

상처 입어 우수에 젖은 사람을 안아주고 치유해주고 싶죠. 하지만 혹시 그 사람이 자신의 아픔과 슬픔, 그 상황에 빠져 그러한 자신을 즐기며 일부로 거기에 머무르고 있다면 어떨까요? 진정 자기의 상황을 나아지게 하고 싶은 사람은 술과 담배 같은 중독이 아닌 건강한 방식으로 헤쳐나가려 노력할 것입니다. 이 노래의 제목이 자신을 막대한 남자가 슬퍼져야 한다는 원망일까요 아니면 이 남자는 슬픔 속에 머물러야만 살아갈 수 있는 사람일까요?
